How we do it

We are proud to only source and support local Fleurieu Peninsula growers and farmers. We buy whole animals direct from the farmers and break it down & utilise all of the animal so there is no wastage.

We are paddock to plate : nose to tail : root to leaf

Our menu

We have our own permaculture kitchen garden where we grow our own garnishes and vegetables and the rest we get from local farms and small family owned producers.

Winter Solstice Feast

enjoy the Winter Solstice with a special Leonards Mill Dinner Feast, all sourced from the Fleurieu Peninsula. Our Chef’s will cook over our outdoor fire-pit and you’ll get a winter cocktail on arrival.
We will finish the evening off with marshmallows around the fire
