Father’s Day Lunch @ Leonards Mill

Bookings from 12noon until 3pm

Does your dad, grandpa, father figure, uncle or really anyone you know deserve a lunch out on the stunning Fleurieu Coast? More importantly, can you be bothered cooking and cleaning up? Never fear because that’s what we love to do! Put yourselves in our hands and sit back, relax and enjoy the true flavours of the Southern Fleurieu.

Father’s Day at Leonards Mill will see Dad will receive a delicious local craft beer or beautiful boutique wine on arrival. Then, once the whole table are all settled in with drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic, we have delicious mocktails!) we will only ask you to choose your main course and then leave the rest to the chefs and staff of Leonards Mill. We have been practicing our dad jokes too so that dad will feel right at home!

Know that we have only sourced local produce from family owned and run Fleurieu farms and that everything is fresh and vibrant and made by our chefs in house. Wander around our historic 161 year old mill between courses and soak in its history or play outside on the lawns, breathing in the fresh country air, fingers crossed the rain comes at night time!


Father’s Day Menu

Rye beer bread, cultured malt butter.


Smoked potato and second valley feta tortellini, peas, pepper

Beef tartare, pale ale aioli, beef fat snow, capers, garlic chive, pickled mustard


Please choose one:

Second Valley Beef, smoked and stout braised, leek jam and cream, potato dauphinoise, spring onion

Myponga Beetroot gnocchi, whipped ricotta, fresh beetroot and powder, beetroot puree

Cape Jervis Fish, asparagus, masil pesto, buckwheat, lime


­Sides to share:

Polenta fries, aioli

Beef fat whipped potatoes, beef jus


Chocolate tart, stout ice cream, caramel popcorn

Citrus cheesecake, yoghurt sorbet, rosemary.


3 delicious courses are $80pp

Children under 12 years $25pp

credit card Booking Guarantee of $20.00 per person is required. Funds will be verified, but not charged to your card at this time. Bookings cancelled a minimum of 48 hours in advance will not be charged. Under 48 hours notice bookings cancelled or a decrease in party size will be charged the full lunch price per person.

Leonards Mill dining rooms are set over 2 levels, so please let us know if stairs are an issue and we will seat you downstairs. Please note that the bathrooms are up a small flight of stairs as well.

If there are any dietary requirements or allergies, please let the restaurant know at least 48hours in advance so we can ensure that you get the full Leonards Mill experience.
